**Non-Refundable Items**

- Opened or partially consumed bottles of wine.

- Items returned beyond the specified return window.

- Items without valid proof of purchase.


**Return Process**

To request a return, please contact our customer support team at sales@cannavinus.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos within the specified return window.


**Return Shipping**

For eligible returns, we may provide you with a return shipping label. The cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.


**Refund Processing**

Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to
